Servant leadership is increasingly interpreted as a reason to step back. The intent is right. The application is often not. The "servant" part describes how you lead — not how much.

Set the direction clearly, share the full picture, give real autonomy within that frame — and keep strategic ownership at the centre not to control, but to hold the connections nobody else is watching.

The method doesn't fail because people are incompetent. It fails because it's optimised for individual visibility — and individual visibility is not the same as project success.

AI is evolution on drugs. The advantages are real. So are the side effects. The organisations that navigate this well start with understanding, not conclusion — and they bring people along on that basis.
